Effective Date: These Terms are effective immediately upon your acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jlking ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jlking online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content provided therein.

By creating an account on jlking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to comply with all provisions set forth herein;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• You are not accessing jlking from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any real-money gaming activities on jlking. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

jlking reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held in your account.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jlking is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or prohibited. By using jlking, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from using the jlking platform. You further confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jlking. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlking reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated transactions, bonuses, and winnings.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use jlking, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid email address;
• A secure password;
• A mobile phone number registered in the Philippines;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the above details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlking account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify jlking immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlking is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Identity Verification

jlking operates within a regulated framework and is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide valid identity documents upon request, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or other acceptable ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Payment method verification (screenshots or photos of GCash, Maya, or bank account details as applicable).

Your account may be restricted or suspended until identity verification is completed. Large withdrawal requests, irregular activity, or security concerns may trigger additional verification requirements.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

jlking accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks)
• QR Ph
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ
• Cryptocurrency (USDT)
• Other payment methods as made available by jlking from time to time.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being flagged for review.

4.2 Deposit Limits

jlking allows you to set voluntary deposit limits as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits to jlking are processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to payment provider maintenance, network issues, or compliance checks. If your deposit does not appear in your jlking account balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact jlking support with transaction details for assistance.

4.4 Fees

jlking does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, or payment processor) may impose transaction fees on their end. These fees are beyond jlking's control and are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

You may withdraw funds from your jlking account using the same payment methods accepted for deposits. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. jlking reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or irregular withdrawal requests.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jlking aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Same day to 24 hours for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Within 24 hours after blockchain confirmation

These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on verification status, payment provider delays, weekends, public holidays, and compliance review requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and account verification status. Standard withdrawal limits apply to all players, with higher limits available to VIP members. Limits are displayed in your account dashboard and cashier section.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

If you have claimed any bonus, promotion, or free credit, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. Attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. See Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for detailed terms.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jlking operates in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies regardless of whether you have claimed a bonus. Suspected money laundering activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on jlking use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer studios that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by jlking or any third party.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, software bug, or system failure that affects game outcomes or your account balance, jlking reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund stakes. jlking is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Game Rules

You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game you play. Game rules are available within each game's information or help section. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle you to a refund or reversal of wagers.

6.4 Betting Patterns and Abuse

jlking reserves the right to review betting patterns and flag accounts that exhibit behavior consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors. Such behavior may result in voiding of bets, forfeiture of winnings, and account closure.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and offers provided by jlking are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are stated clearly at the time of the promotion. You must read and accept these terms before claiming any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and/or deposit amount) before the bonus is converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jlking has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers;
• Placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

jlking reserves the right to reclaim bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

7.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the terms of each promotion for the applicable expiry period.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlking is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible in your account settings at any time.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming harmful, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion facility or contact jlking support for assistance. Players who self-exclude are prohibited from creating new accounts during the exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the jlking platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or international law;
• Fraudulent transactions, including use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its servers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or jlking employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Impersonating any other person or entity, including jlking staff;
• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or abusive content through any communication channels provided by the Platform;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by jlking

jlking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior;
• Failure to complete identity verification when required;
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling account closure.

10.2 Termination by You

You may close your jlking account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed, and any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation may be held until the investigation is concluded.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or gaming activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlking may charge an administrative fee on inactive account balances as permitted under applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fees are applied.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlking platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, images, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jlking or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jlking without our express prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlking and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical faults, or system downtime;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jlking's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you should first contact jlking's customer support team. Please provide full details including your account username, the date of the issue, the game or transaction involved, and a clear description of the problem. jlking will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through our internal complaints process.

13.3 Game Outcome Disputes

Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures and are considered final once the game round is completed. jlking will not reverse confirmed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction. In such cases, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at jlking's discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

jlking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jlking platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
